All products on our website should be in stock unless they are marked ‘Out of Stock’. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a style and if this happens, we will offer a similar replacement product or a full refund.
When you place an order on our website, an automatic email confirmation will be sent you. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct before placing your order as they can't be changed once an order is placed.
If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name on the address to ensure it arrives safely.
Coconut Coast reserves the right to change our pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Offers cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions or discounts unless otherwise advertised. Limit one coupon per customer per transaction only. Unless stated otherwise, shipping charges are not included in the total discounted amount.
Coconut Coast offers two options for shipping Australian orders via Australia Post and other domestic courier services:
- Standard Shipping 3-4 days – Flat Rate $10.00*
- Express Shipping 1-2 days – Flat Rate $20.00**
*Spend $60 or more to receive FREE Standard shipping within Australia.
**Orders placed with an Express Shipping Service must be placed before 11:00AM AEST for same day dispatch.
We also ship worldwide; shipments should arrive within 4-15 business days after dispatch.
A flat rate of AUD $30.00 applies.
All delivery times are estimates only and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
Coconut Coast dispatches all orders within 1-3 business days from when you place your order. We ship both within Australia and Internationally.
After you have placed your order, Coconut Coast will send you the tracking number from our shipping partner, Australia Post. All tracking and delivery enquiries must be directed to Australia Post. Coconut Coast will not be able to track items on behalf of customers.
Once orders have been dispatched, addresses cannot be changed. If a delivery attempt has been made and the item is returned to us, you will be required to pay for re-delivery. To prevent this from happening, please check for any delivery attempt notifications left.
We are not liable for any items lost in the post and if a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the customers’ responsibility to lodge an investigation with Australia Post. Coconut Coast is not liable for errors made by Australia Post or any of our service carriers. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
You, the customer are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country where your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. Coconut Coast is not liable for these charges and unfortunately we cannot reimburse or refunded these costs. If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
