CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

For a change of mind or incorrect choice on full price items, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange but you must contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss the reason for you return. The shipping costs (including any shipping costs incorporated into our pricing) are not refundable, only the product cost is eligible for a refund. Sale items or items bought using a discount code are not returnable or refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition fit for resale. It must also be in the original packaging and you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

For change of mind/incorrect choice, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from our warehouse and we must receive a tracking number for returned items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we do not receive. We are also not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned. 

 

FAULTY RETURNS

All products are checked for faults before dispatch but we will of course refund or replace any purchase that is deemed faulty. If you are concerned about the product you have ordered, please contact us immediately at info@coconutcoast.com.au to discuss the fault. You have up to fourteen (14) days from the date your order arrives to notify us along with a photo of the fault. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty or damaged product, we will reimburse you for the packaging and postage costs but we must receive a tracking number from you on behalf of your chosen shipping service.

 

INCORRECT ORDER

If you were sent the wrong order or products, please email us within 14 days at info@coconutcoast.com.au with your details and order number and our Customer Service Team will contact you to rectify the error.

When we receive and inspect the returned item, our Customer Service Team will contact you to complete an exchange or to process a refund. Refunds can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement. Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the exact original card details.

Do not ship back items sold by any third party to us as the third party seller is responsible for those returns and refunds to their clients.
